He did his surgical residency at Los Angeles County + USC Medical Center, graduating in 1990. Dr. Fallas began his surgical career at Cedars-Sinai under the tutelage of Dr. Ed Phillips, one of the world’s pioneers in laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Fallas has been at the forefront of laparoscopic surgery since that time, performing thousands of advanced laparoscopic procedures. Dr. Fallas has been in private practice with his dear friend and trusted colleague, Dr. Brendan Carroll, at their location on Wilshire Boulevard. Along with his own practice, Dr. Fallas is the Clinical Chief of the Division of General Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
